How a production order works.

Ordering with Maple Linens is straightforward. Here is what to expect from first enquiry to delivery.

Enquiry and brief

Tell us the product, quantities, sizes, target price and delivery window, and share any reference images or tech packs. We reply within two business days.

Development and quote

Our design and sourcing teams propose fabrics, constructions and finishes, and return a quote with every cost component shown — no hidden charges.

Sampling

We produce a pre-production sample (and lab-dip or strike-off where printing or dyeing is involved) for your approval before anything goes into bulk.

Production

Bulk runs at our partner units in China, India or Vietnam, supervised by our own on-the-ground team, with in-line inspection as goods are made.

Quality control and testing

Final inspection against the approved sample, plus laboratory testing for the market you sell into. Nothing ships that we have not checked.

Packing and delivery

Retail-ready packing with your labels and inserts, then shipping and customs coordinated to your warehouse, store or property in North America and beyond.

Transparent by design

You see every cost. We remove the middle.

Maple Linens Inc. acts as your sourcing partner, not a trader. We link you directly with the production units we work with, so every cost component in the chain is known and there are no brokers or unnecessary intermediaries in between.

  • Supplier identification and qualification for your specific needs

Minimums

We accommodate everything from bespoke small batches to mass-retail volumes. Minimums depend on the fabric and decoration — ask and we will tell you plainly.

Lead times

Sampling typically comes first, then bulk production and sea or air freight. We give you a dated schedule with the quote and update it as the order moves.

Compliance

Labelling, fibre-content and flammability requirements differ by country. We confirm the ones that apply to your market before production starts.
